APPLICATION
This
machine may be mainly
used for manufacturing
of tread profiles and
sidewalls of bicycles
and motorcycles
from 1 or 2 different
compounds at room
temperature. |

STRUCTURE FEATURE
1. This machine
has fixed center part, hinged
upper and lower parts,
head parts
designed for water cooling and
heating via connections.
2. Duplex head has two kinds:
semi automatic type and automatic
type.
For the semi
automatic type head, upper and
lower head parts are
opened and
closed by hydraulic cylinders,
and high strength bolts
clamp the duplex
head by hand. For the automatic
type head, hydraulic
control system
opens, closes and clamps the upper
and lower parts
of the head.
3. The head is equipped with pressure
transducers and temperature
transducers.
Max. admissible head pressure
is 35 MPa.
