APPLICATION
This unit is used to cool and fold the rubber sheet discharged from open mill or roller head extruder after internal mixer.

STRUCTURE FEATURE
This machine is provided with take-away conveyor, dipping tank, print device, lifting device, cooling fans, transferring device, swing device, etc.
1. Take-away conveyor is driven by a variable frequency motor, and its
    speed is adjustable.
2. Dipping tank is equipped with mechanical agitator, and the dip conveyor
    is a stainless mesh belt and the speed of the mesh belt is adjustable.
3. Lifting device is in belt (conveyor or mesh belt) clamping mode, and
    driven by A.C. motor with inverter.
4. Hanging bar transferring device consists of structural frame, festoon
    racks, chains, guide for chains and driving unit driven by compressed
    air cylinder step by step.
5. Cooling fans.
6. Wig-wag stacking of batch sheets.
7. The machine is controlled by the PLC.
